What to expect on match night
A simple step-by-step so you know exactly how it works.

Bring your e-ticket (phone is fine)
Your ticket is digital. Open it before you reach the queue and turn your screen brightness up.

Arrive in plenty of time
Give yourself breathing room to park, get through the doors, and find your spot.

Ticket scanning happens in the tunnel
Your e-ticket is scanned in the tunnel on the way down to the rink.

It's chilly, but not freezing
A hoodie or light coat is usually perfect for The Den.

It's loud, fast, and full of energy
Expect big hits, sharp stops, and a lot of noise.

Meet the players after the final buzzer
Fans can often meet players for selfies and autographs.

Kids can often meet Flame for a photo.
