These Season Ticket Terms & Conditions apply to all Deeside Dragons Season Tickets purchased through:

  • dragonsihc.co.uk
  • dragonsihc.com

By purchasing or using a Season Ticket, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. What a Season Ticket Includes

A Deeside Dragons Season Ticket provides entry to all eligible home league fixtures played at:

The Den – Deeside Ice Arena

The club will confirm each season what fixtures are included, which may vary depending on league structure.

Unless explicitly stated, Season Tickets do not automatically include:

  • Playoff fixtures
  • Cup finals
  • Special events
  • Exhibition matches

These may require separate ticket purchase, with priority access offered to Season Ticket Holders where possible.

2. Season Ticket Holder Benefits

Season Ticket Holders may receive benefits such as:

  • Priority access to high-demand fixtures
  • Reserved seating (where applicable)
  • Recognition as a core supporter of a volunteer-run club
  • Faster entry processes at certain games

Benefits may change season to season at the club’s discretion.

3. Reserved Seating Policy

Some seats at The Den may be marked as reserved for Season Ticket Holders.

Where a seat is designated as reserved:

  • It remains exclusively available to the named holder
  • Other supporters must not occupy it once the holder arrives
  • The club may ask supporters to move if seated incorrectly

Reserved seating applies only where clearly indicated by club signage or seat markers.

For fixtures without reserved seating in operation, seating remains first come, first served.

4. Ticket Format and Entry

Season Tickets may be issued as:

  • Digital passes
  • Scannable QR codes
  • Physical cards (where applicable)

Season Tickets are valid only for the registered holder and may be checked at entry.

The club reserves the right to refuse entry if a Season Ticket is misused or transferred without permission.

5. Transfer and Misuse

Season Tickets are issued for individual supporter use.

Unauthorised resale, transfer, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

Any supporter found:

  • Selling access above face value
  • Allowing repeated unauthorised use
  • Abusing concession entitlement

may have their Season Ticket cancelled without refund.

6. Concessions and Eligibility

Concession Season Tickets are available only to eligible supporters, including:

  • Over 65s
  • Students with valid physical photo student ID
  • Disabled supporters (where applicable)

Proof of eligibility may be requested at any time during the season.

Failure to provide valid proof may result in:

  • Required upgrade to the appropriate category
  • Refusal of entry

7. Fixture Changes and Rescheduling

Fixtures may occasionally be moved, rescheduled, or cancelled due to factors outside the club’s control, including:

  • League scheduling
  • Weather or travel disruption
  • Venue availability
  • Safety concerns

Season Tickets remain valid across all rescheduled fixtures included in the package.

The club cannot guarantee specific dates or face-off times throughout the season.

8. Refund Policy

Season Tickets represent a commitment to the club and contribute directly to the sustainability of a volunteer-run organisation.

As such:

  • Season Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law
  • No refunds will be issued for missed games due to personal circumstances
  • No refunds will be issued for fixture changes or rearrangements

In exceptional cases, the club may consider discretionary support, but this is not guaranteed.

9. Behaviour and Matchday Conduct

Season Ticket Holders are expected to uphold the highest standards of supporter conduct.

The club operates a zero-tolerance approach to:

  • Abuse or threatening behaviour
  • Racism, discrimination, or harassment
  • Disorderly conduct or intoxication
  • Disruption of the matchday environment

The club reserves the right to suspend or revoke Season Tickets without refund where behaviour breaches club standards.

10. Photography, Filming and Live Streaming

All games may be photographed, filmed, or live streamed.

By attending fixtures as a Season Ticket Holder, you acknowledge that your image may appear in:

  • Livestream footage
  • Social media content
  • Promotional material
  • Match highlights

If you have concerns, please contact the club in advance.

11. Club Discretion and Operational Changes

Deeside Dragons Ice Hockey Club reserves the right to:

  • Update Season Ticket structures
  • Modify seating arrangements
  • Adjust included fixtures
  • Refuse entry where necessary for safety or compliance

All decisions made by club officials and venue staff are final.
