Quicker on mobile
Buying tickets from your phone has been improved, with a smoother flow designed to make checkout quicker and easier.
Allocated seating ready
Allocated seating is now fully set up and working as it should, giving fans a clearer and more reliable booking experience.
Season ticket seats protected
Main Stand seats selected by season ticket holders are blocked from resale for the duration of the season pass.
Concession option added
Season ticket sales now include a concession option, with confirmation required during checkout and proof required where applicable.
Main Stand season ticket seats are now protected.
When a season ticket holder selects a seat in the Main Stand, that seat will now be blocked from general resale for the full duration of the season pass, based on the season ticket start and end date.
This means your selected seat is linked to your season ticket and protected across the season, giving you a more reliable and professional booking experience.
General sale seating (important)
For normal league games, General Sale tickets are not allocated seating and remain general admission.
Allocated seating for General Sale will only be used during All Ticket games.
This is a temporary setup while the point of sale system is being fully built and tested to issue seat-specific tickets on the gate.
Season ticket options
Main Stand Season Tickets are allocated seating, meaning you choose your seat during checkout and that seat is held against your season pass.
General sale options (Non-season ticket games)
For standard match night tickets, the following options are available:
Season ticket concession options: what fans need to know
Season ticket sales include a concession option, selected from a pre-defined list of eligible categories during checkout. Full details of eligible concession categories will be disclosed closer to the season ticket release date.
By choosing a concession ticket, you are confirming you meet the eligibility criteria. Proof of concession will be required, and tickets may be refused if valid proof cannot be provided.
Is mobile checkout better?
Yes. The ticketing flow has been improved to make buying tickets quicker and easier, especially for fans booking on mobile.
Is allocated seating working?
Yes. Allocated seating is now fully set up and working as intended, including Main Stand season ticket seat protection.
When does the 48-hour rule apply?
It applies to non-season-ticket fixtures where a discounted ticket is offered, such as home pre-season, cup semi-final/final and playoff games, if reached.
